Temitayo Isaac Odeyemi

Temitayo Isaac Odeyemi is a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. His research focuses on the intersection of digital technologies with governance, including elections, legislative processes, police administration, and climate change management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, and Master’s degree in Political Science from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Research Interests include democratic policing, police-citizen relations, gender empowerment, and environmental governance. His work often explores how digital tools can enhance accountability and security in Nigeria.

Publications include studies on the Nigeria Police Force’s use of technology, the impact of corruption on national development, and federal policing structures. His most recent article (2017) analyzes subsidiarity in Nigerian policing.
