Ted Sichelman is the Judith Keep Professor of Law at the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law. He serves as Director of the Center for Intellectual Property Law & Markets and founded both the Center for Computation, Mathematics, and the Law and the Technology Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic. With a background in physics and philosophy of science, he has practiced at top law firms and held academic fellowships at Berkeley Law.
