Ted Heldring is a Lecturer in the Department of Finance & Real Estate at DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business. He teaches courses such as Introduction to Finance, Money and Banking, and Commercial Banking, while also serving on the Banking & Capital Markets Academy Planning Committee and the boards of several privately held small businesses.

His expertise stems from 33 years of experience in the banking industry, notably as Head of Leveraged Finance for the Midwest region at JPMorgan. He has worked on complex loan and bond financings for corporations across industries like industrials, energy, consumer/retail, and business services.
He received the 2019 Daniel Seiden Adjunct Teaching Award.
