Taylor Murphy

Taylor Murphy is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Miami University. They hold a Ph.D. in theoretical particle physics from The Ohio State University (2022), with prior degrees from the University of Oklahoma (B.S. Physics & B.A. Mathematics, 2016). Their research focuses on elementary particle physics, particularly exploring physics beyond the Standard Model (BSM), including dark matter, supersymmetry, and collider phenomenology. They are a member of the LHC Dark Matter Working Group and have conducted postdoctoral research at the LPTHE in Paris, France.
