Tatsuyoshi Okimoto is a Professor of Economics and Finance at the Faculty of Economics, Keio University (since 2022). He also serves as a principal at Economics Design Inc., an economic advisory at HorizonX, and a research associate at Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI). His academic journey includes positions at Hitotsubashi University, Yokohama National University, and the Australian National University (ANU) as an Associate Professor and Visiting Fellow. Okimoto holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, San Diego (2005), alongside earlier degrees from the University of Tokyo and UC San Diego.
