Tatjana Petzer

Tatjana Petzer is a Professor at the University of Graz's Institute of Slavic Studies, where she heads the Department of Slavic Literature and Cultural Studies and serves as Deputy Head of the Institute since October 2023. Previously, she held positions as Senior Assistant Professor at the University of Zurich (2009–2015) and Visiting Professor at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (2017–2022). Her research spans Slavic literatures and knowledge cultures with interdisciplinary methodologies.

Her work integrates Slavic studies with philosophy, ecology, and cultural theory. Key research domains include:
