Tarrah Kinney is Associate Director of the Neill-Wint Center for Neurodiversity and an Education Instructor at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. She holds an MEd in Special Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and dual BS degrees in Elementary Education/Deaf Education and Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Her professional background includes three years of teaching experience in elementary and early childhood special education. Kinney's research interests focus on identification characteristics of disabilities, appropriate teaching methodologies, and neurodiversity advocacy.
