Dr. Tarkan HAVADAR is a full-time lecturer at Kafkas University's Sarıkamış Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sports, where he has been employed since 2004. He earned a Master's Degree (2013) and a PhD (2024) in Physical Education and Sports, both from Turkish institutions.
