Tarfia Faizullah

Tarfia Faizullah is an Assistant Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies at the University of North Texas. Her work bridges poetry, historical memory, and cultural identity, focusing on war trauma, gender, and postcolonial themes. She is recognized for her collections Seam and Registers of Illuminated Villages, which address the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War and its aftermath.
