Tara R. Starwalt

Tara R. Starwalt is an Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Social Welfare, University of Kansas. She holds a DSW (Doctorate in Social Work) and MSW from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor’s in Theatre Arts from Texas Tech University. Certified credentials include CCHP (Certified Correctional Health Professional) and CSW (Certified Social Worker).
