Tanner Crunelle is a Lecturer in the Department of Literatures in English at the College of Charleston, affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences. He holds a B.A. (2020) and M.F.A. (2024) from the College of Charleston Honors College, and is completing an M.A. in Philosophy Art and Social Thought from the European Graduate School (expected 2025). His research focuses on poetic form's political and ethical dimensions, feminist praxis, and Southern U.S. Studies, informed by continental literary theory. He mentors LGBTQ+ student activists through an eponymous scholarship and contributes to public humanities initiatives.
