Dr. Tanja Darden is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management within Towson University's College of Business and Economics. Her research investigates supervisor-employee relationships, abusive supervision, and gender dynamics in organizational settings. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Georgia State University and dual engineering degrees from North Carolina A&T State University.
