Tamzin Nobes

Tamzin Nobes is a Doctor of Philosophy research student at the School of Education, Sport and Health, University of Brighton, and a Tutor at the University of Sussex since 2021. She holds a Master's in Education and a Bachelor's in Computing from the University of Brighton, and is a qualified primary school teacher with leadership experience in computing, science, and religious education.

Nobes' research centers on science teaching and learning, gamification, and educational technology in primary education. Her 2024 commissioned report "How (post)digital are schools?" examines the state of digital integration in UK primary schools, highlighting challenges and opportunities in digital literacy and professional learning for teachers.
