Tami Kim is an Associate Professor of Business Administration and Harvey H. Bundy III T’68 Faculty Fellow at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. She joined Tuck in the 2024–25 academic year, previously serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Her research focuses on behavioral insights to enhance customer experience (CX), digital platforms, and DEI, with publications in Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, and Management Science. She also contributes to Harvard Business Review, New York Times, and Wall Street Journal.
Education: DBA from Harvard Business School; AB from Harvard College.
Kim teaches marketing core courses and digital marketing electives. She has received prestigious awards including the Wyss Award (HBS) and was named to Poets & Quants’ 40-under-40 list (2023). Her work bridges academic rigor with practical insights for business strategy.
