Tamer Darwish

Professor Tamer Darwish is a leading academic in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Gloucestershire, serving as Head of the HRM Research Centre within the Business School. He holds a PhD from Brunel University London and is an Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). His research focuses on strategic HRM, international and comparative HR practices, and institutional complementarities in emerging markets such as the UAE, Jordan, India, and Brunei.
