Tambouris Efthimios is Professor of Information Systems and eGovernance at the Department of Applied Informatics, University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki. With over 18 years of experience, he has coordinated major EU research projects including EURO-CITI, eGOV, SmartGov, and OpenDataIntelligence, and authored 150+ scientific publications across books, journals, and conferences.
