Tamara Watkins

Dr. Tamara Watkins is a Core Counseling Faculty member at Crown College's Graduate School of Ministry. She holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Regent University and an MA in Counseling from Eastern University with a concentration in Community/Clinical Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board-approved clinical supervisor in Virginia, she combines academic leadership with clinical expertise.

Dr. Watkins specializes in community-based and clinical counseling, with over two decades of experience serving youth, families, and mental health professionals. Her work emphasizes self-care strategies, compassion fatigue mitigation, and professional development for therapists. She co-owns/leads NHisMage Inc. as Director of Community Enrichment Services, providing counseling, mental health consultation, and life coaching while supervising novice therapists.
