Tamar Pincus

Professor Tamar Pincus serves as Dean at the University of Southampton and leads strategic priorities for the Faculty. Her research focuses on psychological aspects of chronic pain, examining cognitive biases, pain outcome predictors, and clinician-patient communication dynamics.

Current Projects: CRIISP Psychosocial Mechanisms of Chronic Pain, ELEVATE qualitative study on antidepressants, and De-STRESS Pain opioid reduction program.
