Tahir Abbas Syed

Tahir Abbas Syed is a Senior Lecturer in Management Sciences at Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Sussex (UK), an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from NUST University (Pakistan), and an MSc in Engineering Management from Politecnico di Torino (Italy). His research focuses on supply chain disruptions, organizational response strategies, and the business value of information systems. He coordinates the Digital Transformation Research Group and serves on the editorial boards of IJOPM, EJIS, BJOM, and Information and Management.
