Dr. Messadi supervises doctoral and master's students while securing significant research funding from the Forest Products Laboratory and National Science Foundation for mass timber innovation projects, complementing his consultancy work in acoustics and daylighting design.
He leads the Master of Design in Integrated Wood Design program and directs national sustainability research workshops through the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education, advancing practical applications of timber construction technologies.
