Tadhg MacIntyre

Tadhg MacIntyre is a funded investigator at the Department of Psychology, Maynooth University, dedicated to advancing understanding of motor cognition, mental health, and human-nature interactions. He serves as a visiting lecturer at the Technical University of Munich and acts as scientific coordinator for the €10.5 million H2020 project GOGREEN ROUTES, focusing on urban health and global sustainability through nature-based interventions. His work spans interdisciplinary collaborations across 40 partners in six European cities.

His projects, such as RE-Nature and CCAT, address global sustainability and coastal citizenship, integrating ecological and psychological insights.

Leadership Roles: He contributes to advisory boards for H2020 NBS project RE-Nature and INTERREG Project CCAT, while leading the scientific coordination of GOGREEN ROUTES.
