TINA CUPAR

Tina Cupar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Arts, University of Maribor. Her research specializes in youth studies, with focus areas including youth work methodologies, educational sociology, and the analysis of leisure patterns and upbringing styles among young populations in European contexts.

Her research explores:

• Sociological dynamics of youth development in Southeast Europe
• Evaluation frameworks for international youth programs
• Education-to-employment transitions
• Cultural participation patterns

She actively contributes to European research collaborations, including the Erasmus+ project 'Boost Your Possibilities!' examining youth mobility, and the ARRS-funded analysis of youth cultural participation in Slovenia and Europe.
