Sylvia R. Cramer

Sylvia R. Cramer, DrPH, MPH, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine at Loma Linda University's School of Medicine. Her work focuses on lifestyle medicine interventions, obesity management, and medical curriculum development. She holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) and a Master of Public Health (MPH).

Her research explores integrative health coaching programs, medical student training in lifestyle medicine, and behavioral predictors of successful weight loss. She has contributed to studies on funded vs. unfunded weight management programs and the long-term effects of exercise on mood and personality traits in women.
