Suzi Reinhold

Suzi Reinhold (she/her) is a licensed architect and Founding Principal of Revive Architecture. She holds an academic appointment as a Lecturer at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), specifically within the Historic Preservation department. With over 20 years of professional experience, her expertise spans building envelope rehabilitation, historic preservation, and structural restoration across diverse materials like terra cotta, limestone, and brick masonry.

• Notable projects include the Shedd Aquarium, Lincoln Park Zoo Lion House, Glessner House, Ludington Building, Givins Castle, West Pullman School, and The Mark Twain.
• Teaches Restoration Design Studio (Historic Preservation 5010) in Spring 2025.

Recipient of multiple awards including the Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Preservation Award (2020–2022) and Chicago Landmarks Preservation Excellence Awards (2019–2020). Her work focuses on balancing preservation integrity with modern structural needs, addressing challenges like water infiltration and façade stabilization.
