Suzanne van Gils is a Professor at BI Norwegian Business School's Department of Communication and Culture, where she also serves as Associate Dean for the MSc in Digital Communication Management. She holds a PhD from Rotterdam School of Management and previously held positions at Maastricht University and Kühne Logistics University.
