Suzanne Rigdon is a Lecturer in Creative Writing and Manager of the Fall for the Book Festival at George Mason University. An MFA graduate from GMU, she teaches Digital Creative Writing (ENGH377) and co-hosts the festival podcast. Her creative scholarship includes plays exploring interfaith narratives and digital storytelling forms.
Publications include short fiction in Atlas & Alice and Coldnoon Magazine, and critically recognized plays like 'Maryam: A Woman of Bethlehem' (developed during a Fulbright fellowship in Palestine) and interfaith works examining Jewish and Islamic traditions. Her play 'The Six and Eight' received a Pushcart Prize nomination.
