Sushil Awale is a Research Associate at the Visual Analytics Research Group, TIB Hannover, Germany, and a PhD candidate at Leibniz Universität Hannover, supervised by Prof. Dr. Ralph Ewerth. His research focuses on Multimodal Information Retrieval, Question Answering, and Knowledge Graphs. Previously, he worked as a Student Assistant in the Language Technology Group at Universität Hamburg, developing NLP-driven scholarly systems.
