Susanne Warning

Prof. Dr. Susanne Warning is a Professor at the University of Augsburg's Faculty of Economics, where she holds the Chair of Global Business and Human Resource Management. She is an active member of the Strategy, Marketing & Management cluster, which focuses on people and their decisions as key success factors for companies operating in dynamic environments characterized by social and technological disruptions.

Her research centers on two main areas:

• Human Resources Management - analyzing issues related to employees throughout their organizational lifecycle, from joining to leaving a company
• Educational Decisions - examining factors influencing individual educational choices and organizational education measures
