Susan Wolff

Susan Wolff serves as a part-time Professor in the Department of Communication at Olivet Nazarene University (ONU), where she also acts as faculty advisor for the student-run Inspired Strategies Agency that serves the Kankakee community. With over 28 years of institutional experience, she currently chairs "The Campaign for Olivet," a 5-year capital campaign, and functions as liaison between the Development team and University President Gregg Chenoweth.

As a 1994 ONU alumna, Wolff's career at the university began as an admissions counselor after graduation. She progressed through multiple leadership roles including Dean of Undergraduate Enrollment (11 years), Director of Alumni Relations (6 years), Executive Assistant to the President (2 years), and Executive Director of University Relations (4 years), demonstrating deep organizational knowledge.

Her professional focus centers on relationship-building as a "dot connector" between students, faculty, administration, and the local community. Through the Inspired Strategies Agency, she mentors students in practical communication applications while emphasizing ONU's mission of "Education with a Christian Purpose." Wolff frequently hosts students in her home to support their academic and spiritual development.

In university development, she trains officers in alumni relations and fundraising strategies with particular emphasis on engaging younger graduates. She views ONU as a transformational experience that integrates faith and learning, and continues to invest her time and talents to advance the institution's mission through capital campaigns and community partnerships.
