Susan Rucker

Susan Rucker is an Instructor in Executive Education at the University of Louisville College of Business. She is also the Managing Partner of LeadSpark Consulting, focusing on leadership training and strategic consulting, and serves as CFO of the William & Mary Business School Foundation. With over 30 years of experience, she has held senior roles at KPMG, including audit and consulting partner, and led national initiatives in healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. She holds a BBA in Accounting from the College of William and Mary and certifications as a CGMA, licensed CPA (Virginia), and certified administrator for ProScan/TeamScan/JobScan.

Her career includes board memberships with LifeSpire of Virginia and the Patient Access Network Foundation. Her expertise spans leadership development, executive coaching, strategic consulting, and financial management across professional services, technology, and higher education sectors.
