Susan Persia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Widener University. She holds an OTD from Thomas Jefferson University, an MS in Occupational Therapy, and a BA in Psychology from Temple University. Her research focuses on mindfulness to reduce burnout among occupational therapy practitioners and students, contemplative pedagogy, and the role of yoga/mindfulness in well-being.
