Susan P. Williams

Professor Susan P. Williams from the University of Koblenz, Germany, visited the Swinburne University of Technology node from February 4th to 9th, 2024. She collaborated with CIRES Chief Investigator Dr. Paul Scifleet and CIRES PhD Researchers Lufan Zhang and Pa Pa Khin.

As an interdisciplinary researcher specializing in social and organisational informatics, her work explores information ecologies, digital workplace design, and socio-technical change. Her research emphasizes human-centred technology design and the challenges of information infrastructure in distributed collaborative work environments.

Dr. Paul Scifleet highlighted her as a global leader in Enterprise Information Management, focusing on improving information resilience in Australian businesses through workplace collaboration technologies.
