Susan Marlow

Susan Marlow serves as Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Birmingham and holds a Distinguished Visiting Professorship at Manchester Metropolitan University. Previously, as Vice President for Research at ISBE, she established the RAKE research fund with ESRC and Barclays Bank support.

Her research centers on entrepreneurship, with specialized expertise in gender dynamics within entrepreneurial ecosystems and longitudinal entrepreneurial processes. This work appears in premier UK and US academic journals, influencing foundational theories in the field.
