Dr. Susan Marie Sibert is a Professor in the Professional Studies in Education Department at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), part of the College of Education and Human Services. She holds a DEd in Administration and Leadership Studies from IUP, an MBA from St. Francis University, and multiple MEd degrees in Administration and Leadership, and Counselor Education. Her research interests focus on Literacy, School leadership, Teaching with technology, and the use of technology in pre-service teacher scheduling.
She has extensive teaching experience across doctoral, master’s, undergraduate, and supervision courses, including leadership case studies, curriculum design, educational technology, and literacy strategies. Dr. Sibert also holds numerous Pennsylvania Department of Education certifications, such as Elementary Education (K-6), Secondary School Counseling, and Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility (K-12).
