Susan H. Joffe

Susan H. Joffe is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at New York Law School with over three decades of expertise in employment law practice and education. She teaches Legal Practice I and II, bringing extensive experience from private practice and prior academic appointments.

Professor Joffe's professional background includes positions at major law firms including Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Holland & Knight LLP, where she specialized in labor and employment law. She began her legal career clerking for Judge Reena Raggi in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Her educational contributions include developing legal writing pedagogy and mentoring moot court programs. She actively participates in legal writing organizations and competition judging, serving on the Legal Writing Institute's New Member Outreach Committee.
