Susan Gower

Susan Gower serves as a Consulting Associate in the School of Nursing at Duke University, a position she has held continuously since 2021.

Dr. Gower secured a 2023 Seed Grant as co-Principal Investigator from the Duke Office for Faculty Advancement for her project "Mentoring Partnerships: Building Strength and Relationships Between Nursing Faculty and Clinical," demonstrating active grant involvement in faculty development initiatives.
