Susan Adams-Johnson

Susan Adams-Johnson is an Adjunct Professor of Voice at the University of Oklahoma's Department of Music, specializing in arts management and vocal performance. She holds a Ph.D. in Fine Arts and Higher Education Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Her roles include Executive Director and Co-Artistic Director of Scissortail Productions Inc., Clarion Arts and Media Inc., and multiple arts councils in Oklahoma. She has over 30 years of experience in non-profit arts administration and education.

Her research focuses on cultural capital, fine arts administration, and music education for adults. Dr. Adams-Johnson also consults on fine arts dissertations and thesis projects.
