Susan A. Hood

Susan A. Hood serves as Part-Time Lecturer in the Marketing Department at Wayne State University's School of Business, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses including Marketing Foundations (BA6015) and Marketing Management (MKT2300) through Winter Term 2025. With over thirty years of corporate experience, she concurrently operates as President and COO of Intrepid Defense and Security Systems, a homeland security technology startup she co-founded in 2003.

Her educational credentials include:
