Prof. Suresh P. Sethi serves as the Eugene McDermott Professor of Operations Management and Director of the Center for Intelligent Supply Networks at The University of Texas at Dallas, where he has authored 7 books and over 400 research publications spanning operations management, manufacturing, finance, economics, marketing, and optimization theory.
His research focuses on optimal control theory applications in supply chain networks, logistics, and manufacturing systems, with significant interdisciplinary contributions connecting operations research to finance and marketing domains. He teaches advanced courses in optimal control theory and organizes seminar series advancing operations management scholarship.
