Suman Banerjee

Suman Banerjee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with an affiliate appointment in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He leads the WIsconsin WIreless and NetworkinG Systems (WiNGS) Laboratory, focusing on wireless/mobile networking, distributed systems, and cyber-physical systems. His research includes innovative projects like Airshark (non-WiFi interference detection), WiRover (vehicular connectivity), and Wiscape (wide-area cellular monitoring). He has received the ACM SIGMOBILE Rockstar Award (2013) and NSF Career Award (2008).
