Dr. Sujit Sur is an Associate Professor in Sustainable Management at Carleton University's Sprott School of Business, with additional affiliations to the Carleton Sustainable Energy Centre (CSERC). He serves as an Associate Editor (Interdisciplinary) for the Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences and actively accepts MSc and PhD students for supervision.
His research focuses on three primary domains: Corporate Governance (examining ethical frameworks and organizational accountability), Sustainability (integrating environmental and social considerations into business strategy), and Strategic Management (developing models for long-term organizational resilience).
