Sugumar Mariappanadar is a Senior Lecturer at the Peter Faber Business School, affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Business. His research focuses on Sustainable Human Resource Management (HRM), employee well-being, work intensification, and corporate sustainability.

• Developed frameworks for Stakeholder Harm Index and Health Harm of Work metrics.
• Examined interactions between SDG 8 (Decent Work) and SDG 3 (Health) from HRM perspectives.
