Sue Reeves

Dr Sue Reeves is an Associate Professor and Head of Teaching and Learning at the School of Life and Health Sciences, University of Roehampton. A Registered Nutritionist and Fellow of the Association for Nutrition, her work spans clinical nutrition, public health, and sustainable dietary practices. She leads the academic network of the international Toybox Malaysia team.

Research Focus: Her work addresses obesity prevention across the lifespan, coeliac disease management, and sustainable restaurant menus. Recent projects include MRC-funded studies on preschool obesity in Malaysia, industry-funded breakfast-BMI research, and Organix Foundation investigations into children's food environments.

Key Publications: 2025-2024 studies on telemedicine disparities in coeliac disease, sex-specific metabolic regulation via LEAP2, and cultural adaptations of obesity interventions. Her work bridges clinical nutrition, behavioral science, and policy development.
