Subba Reddy Yarram

Dr. Subba Reddy Yarram is an Associate Professor of Finance at the UNE Business School with expertise in corporate finance, governance, and entrepreneurship. He received the 2015 Australian Award for University Teaching for outstanding contributions to student learning and multiple best paper awards at international conferences.

His research examines corporate payout policies, capital structure decisions, and the relationship between board diversity and corporate social responsibility. Dr. Yarram has supervised numerous PhD students to completion and leads research on regional entrepreneurship ecosystems and local government finance. His recent work analyzes the impact of administrative intensity on financial sustainability in public sector organizations.
