Dr. Deng earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from Weill Cornell Medicine, mentored by Dr. Baylies at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She completed her postdoctoral training in 2024 in Dr. Ping Mu’s lab at UT Southwestern Medical Center before joining Yale.
