Stéphane Rousseau

Stéphane Rousseau is an Affiliated Professor in the Department of Finance at HEC Montréal. He holds a LL.B. and LL.M. from Université Laval, and an S.J.D. (Doctor of Juridical Science) from the University of Toronto. His expertise revolves around ethics, governance, and regulatory frameworks in finance, as evidenced by his recurring course Éthique, gouvernance et encadrement règlementaire en finance taught in Fall 2023 and 2024.
