Stuart Weinstein

Stuart Weinstein is an Associate Professorial Teaching Fellow at Aston University, affiliated with both the Aston Law School and Aston Business School within the Department of Law (Research). His academic work focuses on legal risk management, artificial intelligence in legal practice, and cybersecurity policy. He has contributed to over 70 publications, including influential works on ISO standards for legal risk, AI-driven legal tools for micro-entities, and post-pandemic legal practice transformation.

Key research interests include the integration of technology into legal processes, regulatory challenges in transnational finance, and the ethical implications of AI adoption in legal systems. His recent work explores E-Justice accessibility for small businesses and the application of strict liability principles in sanctions law.
