Dr. Stuart Mounter is an Associate Professor at the University of New England (UNE) Business School, specializing in agricultural economics and agribusiness. He holds a BAgEc (Honours) and PhD from UNE. His research focuses on economic principles applied to agricultural industries, food security, and value chain analysis.
