Steven X. Wang

Dr. Steven X. Wang is a full professor in the Department of Statistics at York University and currently serves as the Director of the undergraduate Data Science program. He holds a U.S. patent for Machine Learning and has been recognized with prestigious awards including the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Award (2023) and the Markham-Unionville Achievement Award and Medal (2025) for his contributions to AI in healthcare.
