Steven Wallis

Dr. Steven Wallis serves as Head of Bioanalysis at the UQ Centre for Clinical Research, University of Queensland. With over 30 years of experience in clinical academic and pharmaceutical industry research, Dr. Wallis specializes in developing novel chromatographic methodologies for reliable drug quantification in diverse sample types, with particular expertise in applications for intensive care medicine. His leadership of the AMO bioanalysis laboratory has resulted in the measurement of over 100 drug analytes, including more than 60 antimicrobials.

Dr. Wallis has participated in approximately 100 pharmacokinetic studies for the pharmaceutical industry, serving in roles ranging from analyst to study director and manager.
